Default Did you school have tuck?

When you bring a small item of food to eat during morning break, thins like crisps, a small cake, cereal bar, chocolate bar, biscuits, fruit or even a sandwich.

We use to get given milk as well.

Do you mean a tuck shop where you buy things or did we bring snacks for break?

Anyway no we didn't have a tuck shop but the dinnerladies made toast on a Friday which was 20p a slice.

And I never really brought anything in to eat at break tbh in primary, sometimes if I'm starving these days at school I eat my lunch at break and just don't have lunch.

Oh no not tuck shop, just bringing tuck in.

That's cool you could get toast, something our head of house has been trying to get done in the house areas, like making your own toast and tea.

I thought any student was allowed to bring in what they wanted and could eat it during break/lunch in secondary school. There wasn't a rule for it.

We had no rules but by the time my younger brothers went to primary they could only take fruit/healthy snacks in. Chocolate and crisps were banned.

Yeah.
We used to start school at quarter to eight, so at ten we used to eat our marmite or peanut butter and jam sarnies, we used to buy ice cold bottles of coke or cherry plum out of the ice box as well.
The plus side was we finshed school for the day at 1 o' clock.

Strewth no.
Well, a thirteen year old in my class got married in a rush.
Another married woman had her twins at 14 , so a bit more than a quick fumble must have gone on.
Shotguns at dawn back in the day

Edit:
Oooops, just to say, this was in Africa..no age limit in marriage by the look of it.
