Could also be said that Shilpa did it also saying "im definetly nominating you" even though it was a joke she still said it. Just goes to show how pathetic bb are with the rules yet again.

BB really needs to be more consistant, if nominations have been discussed then no matter who it is deserves to be punished, you can't have one rule for one then another for someone else.

I think the rules need to be more clear....even for us watching. I personally see "Nominate me" and "I'm definetly nominating you" as rule breaks but only the first got punished so its left unclear even for the viewers at home. Talking anything about nominations should result in not being able to do the next nominations and keep it to one rule and only change that rule if there are no nominations left to be made...then enforce something different.

With Cbb it doesn't really matter that much but with the normal one they really need to pull their socks up and enforce the rules properly.

No they haven't forgotten, but they know a large chunk of the audience have.

Look at the ressurection of Dannielle - last week she may as well have been walking around in a white sheet and a hood, burning crosses - this week with some judicious editing - after being warned in the DR and hiding her behaviour she is being "justified" - to use a Jade word.

Łndemol know a good chunk of those liable to vote are sheep waiting to led - a blank canvas for propoganda.

Goebells would be proud

I don't remember what Jo and Danielle said either - although I did miss an episode, so I may not have seen it.

To be honest though, I do think that Shilpa should be punished for when she said, "I'm definitely nominating you" to Dirk. As far as I can see it was a rule break. I like Shilpa, but I definitely think that BB are letting her get away with stuff.
