Default Is Jason working for bb as a security guard
Seeing as how they are winding them up all the time, showing them nominations,
and viewers comments,etc,whenever there's trouble he's always trying to defuse the situation and lead them off,before they come to blows

He has instinct for keeping them safe...was the same when the house flooded, he immediately gathered everyone to a safe place and away from the electrics....I think it's no coincidence that the only time when his sincerity is in question is when it has anything to do with that loon and her scheming mouth
