Yes, that would make sense, however they've given him more of a privilege than any other male housemates - putting him in a house full of girls, giving him the privilege to nominate...

If I were him I'd be glad I was being treated specially in a normal BB house, than not in a CBB house.
At least for him, that's the case to begin with anyway.
