Mess I thought it had come into effect the other day. There was an error on a pleasure video I was watching and I was like no.

First they said it's happening April , then they said July and now it's "delayed" again .

I think it's a stupid idea , there's people that will still bypass it with VPN etc .

This video sums up just how pointless and silly the idea was in the first place
