let me ask this. If there were aliens, why would it be exclusive to america and do you really think america or anyone else for that matter could stop aliens making themselves known. Take our world for example. We send stuff out all over the universe saying .... yo we are here look at us, why would aliens be any different

UFOs sightings have always been a thing, it's less likely to be aliens and more likely to be military equipment.

I don’t doubt the existence of aliens, in fact I think it’s most likely there’s a society more advanced than us somewhere in the universe, however I think these said aliens would be more powerful than us so why haven’t they made themselves known and instead just quietly orbit the Earth every now and then?
