[A lawsuit has been filed in the US
accusing Prince Andrew of sexually
abusing Virginia Giuffre,
according to one of her lawyers.
Ms Giuffre claims she was a victim of
late financier and convicted
paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

She has previously said she was
made to have sex when she was 17
with Prince Andrew,
who has always categorically denied
any sexual contact or relationship with her.

Ms Giuffre's lawyer, David Boies,
confirmed to Sky News that a lawsuit had been filed
on Monday afternoon in a federal court in Manhattan.

It alleges the prince abused Ms Giuffre
on several occasions when she was under 18.]

…I can’t imagine any amount of money that would touch them…it’s obviously something that will feel like some accountability to her if she wins but it still won’t bring any criminal justice…

I'm in no way saying that Andrew is innocent here, I think we all know he most probably isn't, the same way that Cuomo probably isn't

…that would be doubtful to ever happen, Nicky….in terms of a U.K. criminal system a possibility of ‘Her Majesty’s Prison’ would be something he would never face because his mother is Her Majesty…the legal teams behind the Royals would ensure that would never be a real possibility, I would think….he may be ‘above some laws’ because of who he is, but he isn’t above US law…but even then that’s quite limited because this is a personal lawsuit, not a criminal one…
