Was going to go back on the bus after my 9.30 meeting.

But won 250 quid from a 20p slot spin. So I'm stuck in Galsashiels, with the only out being a train up to edinburgh.

But I'm feeling a little undressed for that. I like to stand out, yes I do. But I feel like I'm dressed like everyone that's just had a meeting, all important looking, but knowing am not. I cant stand that look. So it's either a one hour bus back to change and grab a bus back, or front it out.

So am fronting it out after leaving the local wetherspoons, that hud a group of ladies swearing with their 2 gay mates..ah felt bad for the family oot for a cheep meal, just trying to get by, so ah drank up and left without saying anything.

Am a cross the road, in the sport bar, shoving my change from every pint into the pug machine.

Went oot for a fag or a ciggy, or snout..whatever they call it these days..

Come back in and some auld bastard has stuck his 50p piece in and won 30 quid..

Ah ain't happy...


Might get ma train after all.
