Despite living in Norway for some time now, Amanda Tenfjord has tapped into her Greek roots this year by representing Greece at Eurovision 2022. Tenfjord has brought this heritage into more of her music by collaborating with Greek star Evangelina for the new single “AMAN” – an expression used in a similar way to “my goodness”. Amanda sings in English but Evangelia contributes her verse in Greek. In the lyrics, the pair are trying to convince someone to dive into a relationship: “Don’t hold back I give you the green light / We can do whatever we feel like / I can’t wait forever / Aman den boro / Say you want my love”.
