Basically he was a man jailed for multiple murders and rapes
Then in May 22 his body was found burn beyond recognition in his cell.
Obviously everyone was very happy that justice was finally done to this evil man
Then late last year there was a picture doing the rounds on social media that seemed to show him in the background of a picture
And now he has been arrested in Tanzania.
