Is there anything you're surprised by saying, that you never thought you could?

For me it's this....I love being a housewife! This is immense as growing up my parents spoiled us in that particular department, they were extremely well meaning, but it didn't give us life skills as much as it could have. God bless them.So it doesn't come naturally but I am though much better these days, as it should be. I'm actually houseproud, and I love it, it's immensely satisfying and it makes me happy.

Also, back in time when I was going through my most serious couple of years of deep depression I struggled badly to care about self and surroundings and I never want to go through that particular experience again.

So yeah, in a nutshell...I genuinely enjoy everything, there's always something you can find to do and I'm a little bit proud of myself, I never felt I'd be capable of running a home and looking after 2 people as well as myself.

I have to say I’m enjoying being a house husband at the moment haha.

Obviously not forever, I like working - just need to establish my next path.
