Lol when I read the thread title I said wanted to say that. Anyway, it depends of the eye, we can't predict yet, the only thing we know (from a reliable source) is that it will be in the diary room.

I have no idea, like Remy said, it's difficult to predict when you know what the eye looks like let alone when you don't.

As for BB:CH, judging by the pics, it looks like there will be a new chair. If so, I think it will be purple but that's just a guess.
