No they didnt, bb8 didnt have an opening line. Just two ad spots with davina saying:
"We've got a crowd, we've got a house, we've even got a little surprise. All we need now are some HOUSEMATES!"

and in another:
"In 5 minutes time, we're gonna be watching people get out of car and walking into THAT house. EXACTLY, what television was made for!"

I think they only used that once. However, Marcus has said that in the E4 ad for BB8 and BB9.

Yeah I loved that because after the evil BB5 people expected BB6 to be calm and nice and the complete oposite.

The thing with the CBB4 one was that it came at a time when twists were relatively new so nobody really knew what it meant
