This isn't so much to do with TiBB - but I've no idea what to do about it and it's REALLY stressing me out.
When using programs such as Firefox, iTunes, MSN...which have windows open with scrollbars on the right-hand side, the page keeps jerking up and down randomly even though I'm not using the scroll-thing on my mouse. I've checked for viruses and there's nothing there...but I dunno what to do
