Hello, and welcome to the official TiBB Fan-Made Eye Competition 2009!

TiBB's official fan-made eye competition is back for a third run, and we're looking for you to enter your eyes!

If you have made an eye-logo that you want to enter on to the competition, simply post them in this thread.

On Friday 24th April, the entries thread will close and the eyes will be randomly split into a number of heats. The heats will then be posted on TiBB and you can vote for your favourites. The top two eyes from each heat will make it through to the final, and the eye that gets the most votes in the final will take the title of TiBB's Fan-Made Eye 2008 - and its creator will get a shiny TiBB award!


Entry Rules
#1. Members may enter a maximum of two eyes.
#2. You may NOT post any accompanying materials with your eye (advert/title mocks etc.)
#3. Only eyes that are posted in this thread will be eligible for the finals.
#4. All members are eligible to take part.
#5. You may change your entries before the entries thread closes. You must make it clear in the thread that you are doing so.
#6. Entries will close on Friday 1st May at 9.00pm GMT. After this time, no new entries will be accepted, nor can any submissions be changed.

Responding to questions...

1. Yes, it does have to be an eye - it is the official BBUK logo after all - but if you want to do your own eye i.e. not use the official template then you can.

2. No, eyes can't be animated, sorry.

MR.K! I think it can only be one eye on each image! but you can have two images.

so I guessing your just gotta pick the best colours!

Two from me, both of which I've previously posted - and both of which move away from the regular template.

The first though is obviously inspired by it, but it's a simplified, stripped back version - and rather than the eye dominating the screen as in the past, this would be a more minimalist version in the centre of the screen.



The second moves away from the template completely, but is inspired by (well, nicked from!) the original logo from BB1 - crossed with the Gran Hermano/Grande Fratello logo. It's basically a real eye, boxed to form a flexible logo both for on screen and in print.

This one seems to be a little scaled down somewhat.
Maybe we need to adverstise the competition.

This is my logo. It's called nature. It was really easy to make, I made it on Paint.NET. The actual logo is like a leafy mossy ivy type thing growing from the wood.
