A Charity Ship with Illegal Migrants
keeps getting blocked at Italy.

A meeting in the EU today
failed to get South Libya to agree to set up camps
to stop the endless flow of Illegal Migrants.

The Libya Minister refused

You can’t blame these Euro countries for tightening their borders.Germany made the problem a whole lot worse.Italy and coastal countries get boats turning up from dangerous countries with a heavy ISIS presence like Lybia.
It has to be stopped somehow and all countries let refugees in through the correct channels so they can be vetted.

Great. Europe should be very careful with who they let in.
With all due respect, Europe shouldn't suffer just because there are terrible countries and government out there that couldn't care less about their citizens. It's sad, and some do deserve getting in, but the masses are a bad sign to Europe losing itself, its security, its identity and its culture. It's already happening.

Yes the New Political Power in Italy
is refusing the Big Charity Ship
that saves them from death in the water.

The best solution
would be Funded Camps set up in South Libya
to take them all back.
Even though they paid Criminals Thousands of dollars
to get on their dodgy boats.

Libya is the funnel
all go through.

[EU Council President Donald Tusk confirmed
in a tweet that the 28 EU "leaders have agreed" on a migration
compromise which was at the heart of their two-day summit.
They agreed to set up joint asylum processing sites and restrict migrants'
moves with the bloc.
"All the measures in the context of these controlled centres, including
relocation and resettlement, will be on a voluntary basis," the joint statement said.
The leaders also agreed to tighten their external border more, increase financing for Turkey,
Morocco and Northern African states to prevent migration to Europe.

True, Paul. It is a natural consequence of the utter chaos created by a lethal cocktail of Neo-Liberalism and EU policies.

EU agrees new migration plan after all-night talks

Some nations will build camps in their nations
under these new plans

Now a Charity is Angry: But they are not in charge
[Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF) claimed the only thing EU leaders had agreed on,
following marathon all-night talks, was to block people coming to Europe
and to demonise organisations such as theirs.]

So the German Leader
has made the Right Wing Italy Leader , happy with this new plan.

All those opportunistic economic migrants have made it much more difficult for genuine refugees. They saw an opportunity and pushed and pushed until the inevitable happened.
