I can think of quite a few people who are in such a position. In today's day and age though it's not so difficult to feel that way - especially when it comes to kissing, since it's so easy to kiss someone you wouldn't normally kiss when you're out a party etc. and everyone's quite drunk.

Luckily though I've not been in that position... there are things I've done that I've looked back on and thought that about, but not going out with or kissing someone. I try to be as sensible as I can about it but I appreciate that's difficult sometimes!

Kissing? Pssht, ive done more than kiss and regret it.
But as Ash said, kissing someone you're not particularly a fan of can happen a lot these days...sometimes it gets such a mess than people practically lunge around grabbing anyone in sight with their eyes half open and sticking their tongues down their throats >_<

As for going out with someone, I had a three year relationship that I regretted having. Annoying thing is I tried to dump her near the start of the relationship because I knew it wouldn't work out, but she begged me not to and I thought id give it a chance...

I've never regretted anything, if I kissed it's because it was my choice and there is no matter that I can regret.
I've even kissed my best friend and it was fun, I don't regret it.
