I'm halfway through ep 1 of the new season... have they not learned that viewers don't wanna see guards abusing their power every 5 mins and the protagonists being beat to a pulp every 10?? That ain't what the show is about nor is it what we watch it for!

Hope this doesn't last the whole season smh

I watched ep 1 and honestly it was hard to watch.. the humor and 'likeableness' of the show is fading

I’ve just finished episode 5 already (don’t judge me) and it’s definitely seeming to be the weakest series yet - the first episode is definitely the worst yet but it hasn’t gotten that much better
The mini storylines that the side characters had which made it feel more fun just aren’t there

It just baffles me how they can think having everyone's favourite characters suffer and face life damaging charges etc is something that the viewers would enjoy and want to keep watching??? It's not even like the guards are abusing their power in funny/comical ways like Pornstache used to do...

It feels like a completely different show to the previous seasons, I'm so disappointed.

Saying this I'll still watch it til the end

Didn't think I'd miss how light-hearted and relaxed season 3 was, seeing the inmates getting screwed around and beaten has lost all impact.
