I have noticed that contestants who leave gain more than when they are in there as they are posting more and most importantly, posting themselves (not having others do it). So people like Alex 1, Megan and Laura will for sure reach over 1m if they don't achieve during the run.

Frankie has gained from Samira.

Zara has gained from Adam.

That is literally it. Both had barely any gains until their partners came out. People aren't following them for them sadly, but for their other halves and its working.
