I don't know that it's necessarily opportunistic... I can understand why he would, when seeing her being a prominent figure in the MeToo campaign, think "what a ****ing hypocrite!" and be prompted to take action. It would be a bit of a slap in the face.
But then, I don't know a huge amount about the specifics of the case. |
