Default Sex-for-rent landlord offered me a flat free
This has been on the BBCnewsHD,SkyNewsHD,
GMBHD, LBC , R5 , R4.

Although it is illegal
no one in Parliament has made a modified law
to stop this.

If the perv actually got a young female tenant to move in under such an agreement then a few months in she stopped letting him have sex - would he take her to court for 'Rent' arrears?

To be fair, I'd say a savvy female who doesn't mind banging some greasy guy a couple of times could do the opposite; agree to it, do it for the first couple of months, record the conversations (and the act?) and then after a couple of months turn around and say "No more sex, I'll be living here rent free from now on or the police get told what you're up to along with evidence".
