I think facebook are looking to do original programming like apple is also planning but that doesn't necessarily mean BB or other shows would be on FACEBOOK itself, Facebook is more than a website it's a company which owns other media such as Instagram etc.
So maybe the fb company are looking to launch a streaming service to rival netflix and amazon prime
