this was her eurovision hit from the contest in 1964 singer Anneke Grönloh had sadly passed away at the age of 76 this was reported by her management, she was more recently in the news that she had been living with an oxygen bottle, after suffering from several lung illnesses Grönloh was one of the best selling dutch artists, she sold over 30 million records this hit Brandend Zand (Burning Sand) was a really famous song of hers, which was #1 in 1962 for more than 6 months besides Netherlands, Grönloh was popular in Germany and Asia
