Why email them when you can phone them?
Look up the phone number - be a proud BB fan and talk - I had to do it when catch up was messing up the adverts and I will have to do it again tomorrow as they re still messing up the adverts. Just phone em. You will probably get through to a guy called Chris. Remember you live in a student house with at least ten people watching in the living room (the more viewers the more they will care)
