Are people really still doing the "Ooh, a name I'm not familiar with I'll just replace it with a word that begins with the same letter and hope it makes me look witty"?

As you know, I am not asking if the interview will be about the interviewee...

I am asking if Emma will be able to stop the tidal wave of repetition of what we have heard over and over again or if indeed she will be able to get a word in edgeways and halt the well rehearsed act.
