Probably he can't.

It's clear to me, the sausage thing which was humorous to watch and in the end when he calmed, he laughed at himself about.
That's not someone dangerous.

It wasn't just about sausages however. He wrongly thinks Hussain has been put in to wind him up and ruin his time in there.
It was the Hussain issue more than just about sausages that triggered his anxious thinking.

It's near unbelievable.

How so? on that last evening he asked her is she wanted to speak about the evening before, and when she said she just wanted to move one, he harangued her mercilessly, standing over her at the end to make whatever point he felt was important to make.

The previous night all she asked him was 'was he sulking' and that earned her a rant about her sanity
