It's pretty awesome tbh. Much better than the 2011 prequel.

I love good old practical effects - the level of effort put in far outshines the CGI, which doesn't even look as good despite being more expensive. Things like the bit when the guy's head came off and grew legs, that must been a different model/puppet/whatever in every single shot, all for something which is just one iteration of the creature we only see for a few seconds - gah, I could sperg on about that film for ages tbh.
