This is why it needs to be shown.....so it can be put to bed. Until then, we are none the wiser other than knowing more.of the dialogue. Without seeing it, we still cant say anything else, how it was said, the actual conversation. Lewis is not going to go on Insta and say yeah I'm an anti-Semite, I said this.....he knows C5 will not show it now and so he can spin it anyway he wants whilst keeping his fans on side saying he is being honest etc etc.

The fairest thing to do is show the public...but thats not going to happen so still everything is conjecture. Akeem could cone out for example, confirm the conversation but say Lewis was being ant-semitic, still conjecture unless we see it.
Lewis and his family want it to be shown, but channel 5 refused. If Lewis had something to hide he wouldn't admit everything like he just did.
He knows he crossed the line, but didn't mean to offend.

He knows he crossed the line and has admitted what he said was awful yet his fans are still defending him when he isn't even defending his own words.

Slip of the tongue, mimicking, comedy. All boils down to the facr he said 'KILL ALL JEWS'.

I agree it should be shown. If Lewis has no problem woth it, I see no reason for C5 not showing it. They have covered their backs by removing him and not allowing him to win the Ł100k. Realistically, they are doing him a disservice by not showing it....if it was as innocent as is being claimed, it could have a detrimental effect on his future career prospects etc by not showing it. It was a very silly thing to do and say BUT to be fair to him he had no idea of the atrocity that happened over the weekend so in some ways I think he's a victim of bad timing....but still was a silly thing to do. He should know that anything like that could and would be seen as offensive.

All that said, this could work in his favour, I think this will keep his profile mire relevant than if he had actually won

I have had a look on his page and another, nothing but good messages of understanding for him, with the exception of one or two iffy ones. This after many had seen his message.

There are a few lovely pieces from his collection, spiritual and worthy of reading. He is a good man, who, like the rest of us, makes mistakes. I wouldnt say it if I didnt think it as after all next week most of them will be forgotten. He is to be admired for facing his mistake and not blaming anyone else but himself.

Someone pointed out Barrymore with his joke on Hitler, he came 2nd. Didnt like the man and this was after the pool incident at his home.

The problem i have is only that channel 5 tried to cover it up. That pisses me off. It's a reality tv show, we should be shown everything. Not just what they want us to see. No wonder this show is ending.

exactly

not to mention, what sensible person would follow one ugly slip with more of the same, as a joke? add to that his usually angry delivery and no wonder channel 5 decided to kick him out
I do think tho, that it should be shown

can only imagine what all those holier-than-thou defenders of Lewis would say if it was e.g. Tomasz who cracked that "joke"
as it was he was called a pig, so probably a "nazi pig" would have been one of the more popular terms to describe him

As a viewer you have no rights as to what they show.

Mr biggins went for the same type of comment.

Bigbrother has a sponsor and that sponsor would not want to be ascociated with a show that let someone stay after making those comments.

If Lewis fans feel so strongly, you should all send him a wod of cash and stand outside channel five screaming and shouting until you are dragged away by the police.

Im sure Pink Casino would get over it

Anyway your argument is irrelevant when BB has the choice not to show it plus there's no live feed so not like it would slip through the net.

From an advertisers point of view it would have been better if BB swept it under the rug and the world would have no idea what happened. Now however its all over Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and the forums.

Its literally all anyone is talking about.

He even realised he needed to address that himself as has been said and Kazanne mentioned too.

I would heavily condemned. Him if he meant it, as I'd guess you may have done so too.
However he did not.

For me this is at worst a formal final warning issue not an ejection one.

I agree with you Joey...I would never defend the undefendable but this has been taken way out of context IMO.

They have a moral duty of letting someone win after they had said it, regardless of it being shown

After all Ellis got removed for something she said years before going on bigbrother.

I didn't agree with Ellis being ejected either actually.
It's the viewers who should decide.

If there's no malicious intent, no threat of violence or any physical contact of aggression or abuse (physical or sexual), of another housemate, then virtually little else should be ejection issues.
In my view anyway

Yes he should have got a warning just to show that people may have been offended but not removed from the house I mean its not as if he is anti semitic .

it was just an example of lewis's eccentric sense of humour, I reckon we are all capable of a slip of the tongue in the spare of the moment. I think we all know he didnt mean any offence to anyone. just a silly joke that he now regrets
