So do i , its not just cats and dogs , what about wildlife and horses out in fields, home fireworks are usually a complete waste of time and money, and some of them are stupidly loud. Everyone letting them off at different times and it goes on for hours.

They used to be a nuisance when they'd go on at all hours but they're not allowed them after a certain time now so it's fine.

If you banned them for general use and restricted them only to displays, there would be many more displays. And its the ones from proper displays that make all the noise anyway, not the tiny things people set off in their gardens
