If Bear was still Bear, doing what did he did in CBB18 and did the exact same as Roxy, I would, and as would many others, despise him. Even if what Bear did caused the mass controversy, story, and interactions Roxanne did, Bear's actions towards others still remain, and would leave a sour taste

To better illustrate my point, I can't imagine Helen's haters (me included) would even change opinion on her if she did what Roxanne did

One of the reasons I, among others, liked Roxanne is because before the incident, in the house she came off as very inoffensive. Neither Helen or Bear were that

To be fair though, Roxanne never really 'flirted' with Ben. She never led him on and she was clearly taken aback and not comfortable when he kissed her

I can't think of an instance in whichshe did something intentional (heck, even unintentional) to flirt with Ben
