Clearly what we have here is a case of the general viewing public of ITV1 not having clue on who Katie is since they never turn over to any other channel because they don't know how to use the remote.

When you look at the results like of a poll like this and some of the results we have seen in the x-factor you have to wonder if voting for the best person is a good way of determining who should stay or who should go.
