I feel for Janice. I think she tries to be this big in your face character, but deep down she is really insecure about herself, inside and out. She just wants to be liked but goes about it the wring way.

Cerys' voice is like nails on a chalkboard. Anyone else agree? It's not her accent, it's just the way that her voice is so high pitched and soft that it arggh! She's getting on my nerves even more about this whole letter thing.
