No surprise, I really enjoyed Season 1 but you could tell by Season 2 that they were waiting to pull the plug. They should've stuck with the original anthology idea.

mrrpmurphy So many people recently have been asking me about rebooting or continuing SCREAM QUEENS (RIP, taken too soon). Emma, Billie, Lea and I have mused on it, but question: should it be a six episode limited? A catch up movie? Who should I bring back? Would love your thoughts. So many questions....

I feel like a movie is best fit. Series 2 dragged in the end and felt like the format was tired already, and I feel like another series would be a chore.

A movie, even if it's a TV exclusive which it probably would be, right, could tie up the few loose ends (if any, I can't remember) and give it proper closure.

But it's been a bit too long now anyway so I wouldn't even care if they did nothing.

The show would have probably lasted more than 2 seasons if it was done as an anthology like originally planned

But even then it’s tiresome seeing the same girls playing the similar characters in a murder mystery scene. They’d have had to change the original S2 concept too

The characters were better than the show.

So if they can make it have an interesting plot then I'm all for it.

They should've stuck to their original plan with it being an anthology series.

Season 2 had the same plot and characters as the first with the only difference being the hospital setting.

Also, 6-8 episodes would be better. The first season started off well but had a bunch of unnecessary filler eps in the middle.
