haha i like aslan especialy there most recent song which i think was "your such a jelous little thing"but i thought they where from dublin.

Hit the spot. They indeed are from Dublin originaly , but Christy Dignam has since become a staple of Cork folklore , so what the heck .

I'm from Redcar, it's famous for:

1. The film "Atonement" was shot on Redcar Beach, in my own back yard (got pics I took when I went to see them filming!)

2. Redcar holds the oldest surviving lifeboat "Zetland", now preserved at the Zetland Lifeboat Museum.

3. The late Mo Mowlam (politician) represented us in the House of Commons

I don't know what Northampton is famous for lol. I know Alan Carr's mum lives me near, and Alan was brought up here.
