Hi
Today I went for my first appointment and it was very relaxing. Beforehand i was very scared and anxious but the bloke relaxed and reassured me. The first couple of sessions are just to test if i can go 'under' which i felt i did today. Now i know what to expect, im much more relaxed and maybe even looking forward to my next appointment!! |
