The reality star, 23 - who recently split from boyfriend Sam Gowland – told fans that she had decided to quit the MTV show when quizzed on the new series.

And just hours after making the surprise confession, stoney faced Chloe stepped out in Newcastle to run some errands without a scrap of makeup on her face.

While the TV favourite clearly wanted to fly under the radar on what must have been a difficult day, sporting a pair of grey jogging bottoms, a gym vest and sliders, the results of her recent surgical operations were still glaringly visible for all to see.
