...depends? There's nothing wrong with eating one large meal a day and otherwise getting by on mostly healthy snacks like nuts, fruit, the occasional treat thrown in.
Obviously if you're talking about "binge snacking" - wolfing down a family pack of Doritos and a 500g bar of chocolate while sat in your pants watching Netflix - then no it's not healthy mentally or physically. Last edited by user104658; 23-07-2019 at 08:59 PM. |
