And yes I mean I can appreciate that it would be infuriating to have travel arrangements in place only for them to fall through leaving you stranded, but I think it's a bit much to refer to someone who is staying in a hotel - even a dirt cheap one - as "homeless"

I'm going to call her and recommend the new Premier Inn in Tottenham! It's cheap as chips and OK yes the area is marginally terrifying at night and the KFC in the retail park has security screens and a bouncer... but the premier is lovely inside and has air conditioning and great water pressure. A much better sleep @ £99 than some of the £250+ London hotels I've stayed in.
Bacon was undercooked tho.
