Default Losing weight
There are a couple of porkers in there I will look forward to seeing losing weight.

But for those who are skinny, then going underweight, is not good.

Bearing in mind Adele is on a bowl of dust 2wice a week at home i think she will gain weight in the jungle?

Yeah it wouldn't be right for her to lose any more weight.

Personally I've love to see Ian lose a couple of stone and Minty.

It's 3 weeks not 3 months , doubt they'll lose as much as a couple of stones .
