I couldn't do that plank thing..I always get a voice in my head saying jump..always have since being a kid having to navigate a dangerous height .

Medic bob would be sending in the a team to scrape my body off the end of the plank.


I'd be gripping it tighter than I would conner mgreggors neck if I had him on the canvas.
