I think it does depend on how extreme the copyright laws have been broken for me personally, in the Entertainment Industry publishers/writers borrow/steal a lot from each other sometimes unintentionally as afterall how are these people supposed to know which things will make them get into trouble with the law or not?

I think that the Law will side against the Youtubers, but it does seem like it was a mistake to me rather than deliberately taking another company's intellectual property for profit.
