Drag queens are a bit creepy, out of all them why choose him?

Maybe there should be drag queens especially for kids - with a squeaky clean social media presence, non sexual name, age appropriate jokes ...

There are drag queens for kids. They're called pantomime dames.

They introduced her as Flow and by the looks of it she came dressed in their RE teachers frock, give her SOME credit.

Why a drag queen though? you would have thought that any transgendered female would be a better option to discuss the issue. Drag artists are entertainers, they don't live as females exclusively do they?

Exactly Ammi ! , why book him in the first place .
Obviously adults & kids have access to social media aswell. So why did they do it to then complain & regret it afterwards. It's daft .

What I never see are women - straight, gay, trans or born - dressing up like men for entertainment. There have been a few women in history who've done it... Vesta Tilly for instance, an old Music Hall artiste... but that was so totally different from "drag".

It's like you never see female to male transsexuals, on TV, screaming at a straight male "I'm a man, just like you!"

No, not the norm, but women do dress up as men for entertainment. I'm quite surprised you haven't heard of Drag Kings — I remember watching the interview as it aired, and immediately thought to post it. I think it's quite interesting.

Nope, it's new to me. Like I said, I know there were old Music Hall artistes that used to dress as man for their act...

I have no real problem with anyone, however they want to live their lives. I just don't think children in Primary school are ready to have to comprehend all the intricacies of it.

I honestly think it’d be a good thing that young children are exposed to gender non conformity. Seems like it’d help to display that you can express yourself and deviate from the norm without getting bullied.
