Turkey is capable of manning the border. But it prefers not to to put pressure on the west.

If you haven't grasped that you haven't understood what this situation is about.

Then it's their problem, and the migrants should be stopped from crossing further

Greece are sending troops to the border to help the police and border patrol cope.

Cope with migrants who are fleeing war. Fleeing for their lives.

Where's the outrage? If it was the UK doing this people would be turning themselves inside out with rage.

Turkey was bombing the Kurds a few weeks ago, and we're still showing TV holiday ads for how wonderful it is there.

correction, Erdogan was bombing the Kurds, he doesn't have support from the entire nation of Turkey

i can know, since i got few turkish friends who are anti-erdogan

''outrage'' Greek forces just want to keep it controlled, maintaining some order, the migrants have valid reasons to flee i guess, but then they can request permission to cross through Greece officially with border patrol, rather than illegally entering Greece

Even Hitler didn't have the support of the entire nation.

3 decades it took, since the Berlin Wall came down, for Germany to turn Europe into Hell, again.
