The two judges that have sent in their scores have done so very highly. Lets just say the lowest scores are 9's! Its going to be a very high standard this week and a close call

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. We are facing very strange times at the moment and that us due to get a whole lot stranger as we delve into the theme of Rock and Horror. We even have costumes this week!
We have a fresh panel of judges from now on Returning is series 2 and 3 judge Cherie Joining Amy Jade, Tony Montana and Barry! All the contestants want to get through to the next show where they will all be taking on two dances and two themes! I think its time to see who is thrillingly brilliant and who is just downright terrifying! Performance One is by Kate and Kevin Quickstep to ACDC Back in Black Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: I love a good old bit of rock and this quickstep did not disappoint. The costumes were good. Great start Cherie: Great choice for a quick step knocking off a point for the kiddie costumes Amy Jade: Beautifully intense way to open the show, you paired everything together very well. I wasn't sure if this theme but if this is the level...I am excited! Tony: I loved the song choice, very intense and i felt that it matched the quickstep, and the costume went really well with it. Barry:9 Cherie:9 Amy Jade:8 Tony:8 Performance Two is Parmnion and Karen Paso Doble to Mark Petrie Eshara Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: Ohh lovely piece of music. It was very good and worked well with the paso. The make up was good too Cherie: Atmospheric and stunning Amy Jade: Stunning pick, I think music with no words can sometimes expose a weak dance or fail to connect but this had drama, danger and a luxe value you carried off perfectly. Brave choice this week. Bravo. Tony: The song wasn't good tbh. Not fun, not interesting, and certainly not scary at all. If not for your perfect costume, I would've scored you lower. Barry:9 Cherie:10! Amy Jade:10! Tony:7 Performance Three is Liam and Amy Viennesse Waltz to Panic at the disco Dying in LA Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: Beautiful dance to this great song. It fit so well. I loved the costumes too. Well done Cherie: This was beautiful and costumes are on point Amy Jade: I had never heard this song before but what a great choice, I never expected anything quite so heartfelt with this theme but you really excelled with quite a difficult dance for the theme. I must say, this week is a triumph so far. Tony: The song really fit well with the waltz and the costumes were magnificent, easily my favourite Barry:9 Cherie:10! Amy Jade:9 Tony:10! Performance Four is Kazanne and Giovanni Rumba to Motorhead Hellraiser Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: First of all love the costumes, fit in well with the song (duh Barry). I also liked the song. It was good Cherie: This was beautiful and costumes are on point Amy Jade: Another song I am unfamiliar with and find myself surprised that it fits so well, this was sexy scary if that makes sense, I love a good theme too so nice costume picks to stick with the theme. Tony: The song was epic, very terrifying! And the costumes really fit well with it. I thought I was in hell for a while. Barry:9 Cherie:10! Amy Jade:8 Tony: 9 Performance Five is Nicky and Nadiya Argentine Tango to Ghost Dance Macabre Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: What a week! I liked the song, never heard it before and the costumes were good too Cherie: This was amazing if I could have given it 11 I would Amy Jade: First of all, this may sound bad but I wasn't looking forward to this week but the horror geek in me is very pleased. This gave me major 80's horror soundtrack vibes. Brilliant choice and I wasn't sure it really fit but the rock edge surprised me. Well done! Tony: Took me a while to get into the song but when I did, I enjoyed it. It matched the Argentine tango. The costumes were fire too! Barry:9 Cherie:10! Amy Jade:10! Tony:9 Performance Six is Jake and Dianne American Smooth to Meatloaf Took the words Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: Little red and the bad wolf. Great choice. Having meat loaf on rock week is needed here, mostly for the horror themed too. I enjoyed it Cherie: Love a bit of meatloaf, maybe a bit safe for this point of the competition but still a great job, costumes bring it back Amy Jade: Just love the concept, you clearly put some thought into this weeks theme and I appreciate it. I will say this was probably my least favourite though, still really good but everything else has shook me so this felt slightly less edgy. Tony: Neither the song nor the costumes did anything for me. Very disappointed. Barry:9 Cherie:9 Amy Jade:7 Tony:6 Performance Seven is Cal and AJ Jive to Paramore Misery Business Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: This jive was playing! Excellent choice. Everyone has done great on the costumes this time Cherie: Loved this Amy Jade: I actually had this written down as one song I would pick this week as a Jive! I could just imagine a beautifully high energy dance with smoke rolling on the floor as you slide across the dance floor. Escapism is just what we need at the moment so thank you. Tony: The song was decent, not scary at all but decent. The costume were perfect though Barry:9 Cherie:10! Amy Jade:10! Tony:7 Performance Eight is Livia and Graziano Tango to Muse Supermassive black hole Costumes Spoiler: Judges Barry: Love this song! The costumes were great too as it was in a vampire movie too. My favourite of the night Cherie: Closing the show, the standard has been so high but you killed it Amy Jade: On paper this works, it definitely feels like it fits the dance and so you did well. However, I just found it fit yet never really excited me or gave me a vision of what it would be put into action. The costume is a bit of a miss for me too, an evil vampire queen and athe bloke off Twilight? idgi sorry. Tony: Song was brilliant but the costumes were a mess! What were you thinking? Barry:10! Cherie:10! Amy Jade:6 Tony:7 (Sorry about the costume feedback Livia and Kate both of you only sent me the girl costume and I didnt want them to find out it was a female entry. Livia I thought the concept you were going for was twilight hence the boy costume was of robert pattison and kate I posted a male bat costume it lost you both few points sorry about that Im not trying to sabotage! I have just posted the outfits you both sent to me)
