Billionaire landowner Hugh Grosvenor praised NHS staff
Prince George's billionaire godfather has donated £12.5 million to the UK's coronavirus relief effort.
The Duke of Westminster made an initial donation of £2.5 million in March, which went mostly to charities providing essential food distribution to vulnerable families.
He has now donated an extra £10 million - the majority of which will support the health service, through NHS Charities Together, to provide respite, rehabilitation and mental health assistance to NHS staff and their families.
Billionaire landowner Hugh Grosvenor's donation came as he said he felt humbled by the amazing work of the NHS, working tirelessly to keep the country safe.
