NK's nuclear arsenal isn't a full M.A.D deterrent, they could kill millions and destroy a few cities, MAYBE, if any got past the AEGIS cruisers but they don't have the firepower to even put a dent in the US in military terms, while the US could turn NK into a crater.

yeah america could flatten HK just using conventional weapons, i can feel some Trump like adjectives coming on
