Adam has already posted a list of black people killed by police. Most of them likely weren’t convicted because of the racist justice system - but I doubt you believe In that either. There’s a video of a man being suffocated by police and you still don’t believe it so I doubt you ever will even with stats and stats to back it up

Not even one innocent life should ever be lost at the hands of a cop or anyone so I totally disagree with LT even trying to look for stats or doing any questioning.

On the other hand, how many countless cases go along smoothly when cops are called to a scene? A-****ing-LOT. It's super unfortunate but you can't totally eliminate human error and scum being scum in a high intensity, life-threatening job like that. You can eliminate the bad seeds as soon as you see it which prob hasn't been done enough. You can try to limit it further as much as possible and that is what many are protesting and trying to change here, very rightly so. It's also taken to an extreme tho that is then re-crossing lines and making unjust assumptions and groupings of people that are indeed not all bad, not even remotely close. A lot of these people many are ignorantly hating on as a group are literally heroes. Like c'mon

I agree that she shouldn't have had what she hanged herself with nor should she have been in the cell, but it's basically all but confirmed she hanged herself - the camera outsider her cell doesn't show anyone entering between her requesting a phonecall and being found.

I read of one case they murdered a teenage boy and accused him of pulling a gun on them yet that said gun had been logged in as evidence that morning and had no links to the boy

The issue isn’t just the police, the issue are the people calling the cops. George Floyd would still be a live if the shopkeeper didn’t call the police because he ‘looked dangerous’.

When the shopkeeper pointed out to George that the money he was using was fake, he apologised immediately as he was unaware, and proceeded to return his items to the shelves as he couldn’t pay for them otherwise. There was no excuse for calling the police.

I firmly stand by ACAB, at first sure I was skeptical - how can you group all cops together like that. But all the good work is cancelled out by the fact that they choose to work for a system that is heavily flawed and built up on racial motives. They choose to work for a system that covers up its wrongdoings. They choose to work for a system that forces brutality on innocent people. There’s no forgiving that.

Also very much worth noting that the police are twisting the protests to look more violent than they are. In every circumstance the cops have been the first to use violence or brutality.

They’ve been planting ex-cop cars that are vandalised and burnt out and hiring groups of people to dress as protesters and destroy the planted cop cars to make the protesters look dangerous.

Heck, there’s videos of the police running over protesters. If someone without a uniform did that, it would be called terrorism and they’d be locked up.

Have you seen the video of the white guy offering young black boys a lot of money to start looking? Also the police are hiding in the protests and are recognizable by coloured wrist bands that change daily
