Actually, lets think back to CBB18 which only aired, when? 3 years back? Bear and Chloe, look at that stuff on there. Even Marco and Laura in BB17.

The thing that was more shocking was dennis grabbing Chantelle's arse.

You can't really compare the two imo, because both parties were giving consent for sexual contact, etc. Whereas Dennis just randomly gropes Chantelle and mounts Jodie out of nowhere.

Scum Bear simulated a humping of James Whale from behind without his consent one morning, and then kept grabbing him alongside Heavy D while James was begging them to stop.

Rules of reality tv have always been garbage.
