Hanasaku Iroha: Home Sweet Home - A decent wrap up to the TV Series imo, it's not as funny as the TV Series can be but I do just like the setup of the universe of Hanasaku Iroha enough to let that aspect slide. Plus Satsuki is one of Hanasaku No Iroha's more interesting characters in my view. 7.5/10

Brother Bear - 9.5/10

No idea why critics gave this film a low score because it’s great

365 Days on the Netflix.

Bad porn with a hilariously incomprehensible plot - there was a scene during which I laughed until I tears running down my face.

It's not supposed to be funny.

The plot is stupid
The acting is awful
The sex is often hilarious
It glorifies kidnapping
... And sexual assault
The title of the movie ends up being meaningless
Several plot points go absolutely nowhere
It ends really abruptly (and again I laughed)

Honestly I recommend it highly its so funny. But NSFW.
There's a scene where he has her tied to the bed then gets some other woman in, to "show her what she's missing". "Oh he's about to show this lady a good time!", I think. He lies back on a chair, she gives him a blowjob, he cums after 20 SECONDS and she walks out the room! This is meant to be a sexy scene... Tied up lady DOES look like she's missed out. This is not a parody. I ****ing screamed

"Hey bebe if u werent tied up, it could be YOU having my premature ejaculation on your chin. So think about THAT."
I really enjoyed it, I think it suffers from some audio issues in the first half but aside from that I thought it was excellent. The story is great, the music is superb and it's just an excellent musical that tells an interesting story in a way that's relatable and accessible to anyone really.

I do hope they get to do an adaptation of it one day since I think Act 1 in particular would really benefit from being able to portray the american revolution in more detail than they obviously could on stage.

9/10.

Has it been pirated yet? I don't have Disney+ and I don't wanna watch it in a way that gives money to the Rat

To be fair I'd take that to mean "did the film base the dinosaurs on scientific consensus, or entirely make them up", but who knows, I don't wanna give people too much credit

Also you know that bit in the first one when the Mososaurous jumps up and grabs the bird which is holding the woman?

Yeah well after that happened she leaned over and whispered “so is she dead now”

Pretty much all Disney+ stuff gets WEBripped within 6 hours

I actually don't really sail those seas any more though because I have all the big streaming services anyway, PC games DRM has gotten too good (takes them 6+ months to crack a game) and I'm a ritch bitsh these days and also lazy... it's quicker and less hassle to pay Ł3 to rent a movie from Amazon Prime than to download it . Last week I paid Ł12 for a full digital purchase of a movie I'm only going to watch once, because there was no rental option in the UK and I couldn't be arsed firing up the VPN . Flexxxx.

I'm funding the big corps. I'm part of the problem .

I watched the Joel Schumarker Batman films yesterday for the first time in absolute years.

I'd forgotten that they turned Bane from a scheming villain who had taken over Gotham and broke Batman's back into .. the Hulk? I have no excuse for liking those movies as much as I do,when it took me literal years to get over how the Snyderverse screws things over

The most recent comics storyline with Bane would make a good movie:

Spoiler:

Alfred was recently killed by Bane. He'd taken Alfred captive, and told the Batfamily that if any heroes publicly appeared, he'd kill him. So they either went to do hero things elsewhere, or went "sleeper agent", living in Gotham under their own names until it was time.

Bane was controlling the city via gangs led by the other villains. Alfred got a message out to Bruce, lying that he'd escaped. Bruce sent Robin in to deal with Bane. But the current Robin is like 13 (and Bruce's biological son), so he was overpowered and Alfred's neck was broken right in front of him.

The Batfam eventually won, of course, but Alfie is still dead and it estranged Bruce from Robin...

Some of that might be muddled as I didn't like the main writer at the time so I was dipping in and out but the "broad strokes" are there!

I'm not exactly short of money, but the little anarchist hamster which is running on a wheel somewhere in my heart or mind doesn't like to see it going to places like Big Hollywood I don't spend my working hours trying to help behaviour-challenged kids learn and occasionally getting hit so some stuffed shirts across the pond can keep making awful soulless remakes
