With the actual problem being a huge disparity of opportunities between the rich and poor as well as white people and black people. You can't blame Obama for that, it's been part of the US' DNA since the beginning and the republicans have sought to keep that disparity alive because most millionaires and billionaires tend to be republican in order to protect their own interests.

She is nothing like Hopkins, Hopkins does say outrageous **** in order to provoke and garner attention. Hopkins talks a load of rubbish, Candace actually makes some very good points. Nope, if you actually read what I'm saying instead of trying to speak for me and getting it wrong you'd see that she's making the choice to say the things she does for financial gain, she's made a career of courting the favour of the right wing, what she chooses to say is a conscientious choice to win favour and opportunities with the right.

You can't say I'm ignoring **** when I've given you the root cause of the problems you raised multiple times now. the socioeconomic disparity in the US is the cause for a lot of problems when it comes to both the poor and ethnic minorities.

Ok, well let's go in reverse order, and then I'll add in a few things for you.

Slavery. It's an accepted truth that slave owners were mostly democrats, so there's nothing controversial about that statement. However, the parties switched around due to crow/Nixons white strategy and other reasons that I'll give you the background to.

Lincoln was a republican and he ended slavery, it's all historically known so this has become a right wing ploy in recent years to say that they are accused of being the party of slavery.

I mean, are we really talking about candace's opinions on democratic celebs? The fuelling unrest part is weird, because that just doesn't make any sense. In what context is Jay Z sewing animus across America?

Fatherless homes - again, this is right, but what does it prove exactly? It's also really high in hispanic families too. Other than prejudice, I don't really see what the inference is, other than to offer a nod and a wink to make racists feel comfortable about their racism.

Black unemployment - again, not controversial. However, trump takes credit for this, when the whole economy (pre-covid) was as a result of the obama policies introduced to recover from the financial crisis in 2008, which most economists agree with and it's backed up by all the data. Owens would be completely unable to point to one trump policy that specifically tried to help people of color into work.

Chicago - the favourite trope. Those cities (as have many) have just been abandoned by the federal government for decades so these places are like ghetto's. I guess the inference is that it's blackness that has caused this, and not extreme poverty. It's also no coincidence that red states often get the most federal funding despite paying in the least. The states has been designed like this, when black people built their own city up in Tulsa (known as black wall street), which was a city of upward mobility for freed slaves and their descendants, white supremacists burned it to the ground, and that's a good metaphor for what neglect has achieved over a far longer period. Here's another though, Alaska is one of the whitest states in the us, and it's also the most dangerous for a woman on their own. I'm pretty sure that this fact alone wouldn't convert you to Islam on the basis that they are right about us treating our women like *****s.

There is so much more going on in these issues you raised than what you offer at face value, and that's why candace appeals to white racists who happily accept these attacks without context.

So here's some info on candace you may be interested in (although I doubt that)

She defended Hitler, saying (I'm paraphrasing can't remember the exact quote) If he'd just done his thing and made Germany great then that would have been fine, but the problem is that he wanted more land, so it was his globalism that was the problem.

Candace ran an anti-trump anti-conservative, liberal website util 2016 called degree 180, which often called trump out for being a racist.

She's been involved in a few scams, living in an apartment rent-free for 6 months then threatening a lawsuit to shut the owner up.

She created a blexit site that is full of the kind of historical inaccuracies that folks like yourself praise her for. For example

See this is why it's impossible to have a decent debate on this site, and across most social media platforms tbf. You raised some good/debatable points, but then you have to as good as say im a white racist because i agree with her on some of the things she says. Why does it always have to be one way? Why can't one agree with certain people on both sides of the argument and not be considered a racist?

She's right in what she says, the Democrats do very little to help and improve the black communities in the US (this isn't to say the Republicans are much better). The Democrats need the 'black vote' (kinda hate that term) or they wont have a chance. If i was a black person living in the US today i wouldn't vote for either party, real change is needed, and it must be utterly disheartening voting for a party that delivers on so little.
